the premise is for the smaller turbo (GT2530) to dump the wastegate exhaust into the larger turbo (he said it was a T3-T-4 set up...I think that is off, it looked like a GT30R) and spool that up and then the boost is controlled by the wastegate on the larger turbo. Great idea on paper, but I don't think it's been tested. However, it looked real well put together and with some stouter supporting mods (like axles and a good fuel management system, etc.) it might run well. He obviopusly had put alot of work into it and was real proud of it. Take care, Mark
